 International order update: Monday 30th January 2023

 Royal Mail are resuming collection of 'Tracked and Signed' and 'Tracked' international parcels following a recent cyber incident affecting their customs system. All outstanding 'Tracked and Signed' parcels have been dispatched and we will dispatch all outstanding 'Tracked' parcels on Tuesday 31st January (including Canada and Australia).

Customers may notice different tracking information as items leave the UK, we would like to thank you for your patience.

All prices include VAT at 20% (see below for new EU VAT regulations), if you order from outside the UK, the VAT will be deducted!

Please note there are some disruptions to services again as some staffing levels are low with postal services. All international orders are on Tracked and Signed/Tracked for services only until further notice.

New EU VAT regulations

From the 1st of July 2021 the EU brought in new legislation to charge VAT on ALL purchases coming into EU countries from outside the EU regardless of value; your items will be delivered by Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) meaning you may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee before you can receive your items.   • Our stock levels are accurate and are updated regularly - we only display an item for sale if we actually do have it in stock. 
  •  In the vast majority of cases, orders are packed and posted by the end of the same day if received by 3.30 GMT. 
  • You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched. This e-mail will be sent ONLY when the order has actually left our hands and is in the possession of the postal services/couriers.

Please note: If you have a problem ordering an item with an item option, it may be due to browser compatability. All you need to do is manualy re-enter the quantity you require in the box (even if the box already shows the quantity you require), and your item will be added to your shopping basket. 

 Payment: Cheques by post (address on confirmation page), and card payments through the Create and PayPal payment gateways (please note you do not need a PayPal account). Now taking bank transfers too!
