SarahHomfray.com delivers throughout the UK and Overseas. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt, and usually achieve it within 1 working day. Royal Mail 1st Class is the default service for all orders. At checkout customers will be provided with the option to have their order sent by Royal Mail 'Signed For', at additional cost.
There is a minumum post & packaging charge of £1.95. Additional postage costs are determined by the total weight of the order and whether the goods will be sent as 'Large Letter', 'Small Parcel', 'Medium Parcel' etc.
Orders of £40.00 or over are sent 1st Class standard free of charge within the UK.
It is not feasible to display charges for all items and combinations of items but, as a guide, here are some examples of postage charges for popular products:

A) We will ship to New Zealand, Canada, USA and the EU* either by Royal Mail 'International Standard' or by 'International Tracked & Signed' at additional cost. At checkout customers will be provided with the option to choose their preferred delivery method. TRACKED AND SIGNED ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
*Orders to Latvia & Estonia will be sent by 'International Standard' or 'International Tracked'
B) Other than those countries listed above, we will only ship routinely to destinations that offer a fully tracked service within that country. The only shipping options for those countries are Royal Mail 'International Tracked' or 'International Tracked & Signed' depending on the service provided by the destination country. Please see a list of those countries below.

C) ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Orders to all countries not covered by A) & B) will be sent by Royal Mail 'International Signed'. This service provides tracking only until the package leaves the UK. We can provide the tracking number and proof of posting but we will not be responsible for any loss beyond the UK's national borders. Any orders placed from these countries are on that strict understanding, and are at the customer's own risk. Before placing an order please e-mail us to confirm you understand and accept these conditions.
For all international orders the customer shall be responsible for any customs, tax or import duties/fees payable, including the EU*
*From the 1st of July 2021 the EU brought in new legislation to charge VAT on ALL purchases coming into EU countries from outside the EU regardless of value. We are looking into ways of avoiding the inconvenience of this process for our customers but currently your items will be delivered by Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) meaning you may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee before you can receive your items. The Royal Mail's descriptions of their services:
International Standard - Standard delivery. No tracking or signatures.
International Signed - Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.
International Tracked - Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.
International Tracked & Signed - Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.
Please note not all countries offer all of these services.
