We are away for the first two weeks of January so will be open on various days over the Christmas period! See dispatch dates and times here:

  • Monday 22nd December - Last dispatch before Christmas

  • CLOSED - 23rd-28th December

  • Monday 29th December - Morning disaptch

  • Wednesday 31st December - Morning dispatch

  • Friday 2nd January 2026 - Morning dispatch

  • CLOSED: Saturday 3rd January -Saturday 18th January 2026

  • Monday 19th January 2026 - Dispatch as normal

New US tariffs UPDATE:

From 29th August 2025, orders going into the USA via the postal service will be subject to tariff charges. A 10% charge will be added to your order total at the checkout before you commit to buy (please note, the charge is on the goods AND the postage). Choose Tracked or Tracked and Signed service at the checkout.

EU GPSR regulations:

UPDATE (16/9/25): We are now shipping to Northern Ireland again

Services to the EU, EAA countries (Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland) and Switzerland are suspended until further notice due to the new GPSR regulations brought in in December 2024, please accept our apologies for this, we cannot meet the regulation requirements.

We pride ourselves on giving the high level of service that keeps our customers returning to us again and again.

  • Our stock levels are accurate and are updated regularly - we only display an item for sale if we actually do have it in stock. 
  •  In the vast majority of cases, orders are packed and posted within 2 working days. From January 2024 we will dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
  • You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched. This e-mail will be sent ONLY when the order has actually left our hands and is in the possession of the postal services/couriers.

Please note: If you have a problem ordering an item with an item option, it may be due to browser compatability. All you need to do is manualy re-enter the quantity you require in the box (even if the box already shows the quantity you require), and your item will be added to your shopping basket. 

 Payment: Cheques by post (address on confirmation page), and card payments through Stripe and PayPal payment gateways (please note you do not need a PayPal account). We accept bank transfers too! Check out wise.com (formerly Transferwise) for great international rates (certain countries only).
