Suggested materials and equipment:

• White Linen 32tpi or similar - 15cm x 15cm
• White cotton for mounting - 15cm x 15cm
• White stranded cotton - 2m
• Silver embroidery thread - 1m
• Embroidery needle size 10 (or 9)
• Hexagon shaped mounting card (to your required size, but suggested minimum of 3 inches (pattern piece included)
• Frame to fit fabric
• Embroidery scissors

For mounting on hexagon:

• Strong sewing thread or buttonhole thread
• Curved needle
• Pins
• White craft glue
