Metal purl wire, 1.2mm, silver colour - 50cm

Goldwork part 2

1 x 50cm length of 1.2mm silver coloured metal coil for goldwork and embroidery projects.

To use, stretch slighty to open up the coils and couch down with a waxed (see beeswax) strong sewing thread. The thread should sit between the coils. Cut the metal to the required length and stitch over twice at the ends.

This size comes between pearl purl no.1 and pearl purl no.2
