Hi Lynn, good to hear from you! I will send you an e-mail (if you don't get one, can you send me your new one through the contact page? Don't post it here). Book is now available in my shop!

Hi Sarah, I don't know whether you remember me but I was one of your students at RSN.I am living here in beautiful West Wales and I still look back fondly at my days in Hampton Court.I was pleased to hear of your marriage and hope you have both settled in well to wedded bliss. I am particularly pleased to see you are doing so well and to read your lively website entries every so often. I am still doing a little A level teaching here(it helps to supplement my derisory teacher's pension) and I have started a little Stitch club in our village hall which is going very well. You will be pleased to hear I have even done some more Canvaswork!! However, you may not have known, I also do quite a bit of Miniature Quilt making which I enjoy enormously. Mr. Shakespeare has been completed except for the Whiework collar and, who knows, I might sign up for some of the Rugby sessions if Whitework advice is ever on the agenda! I wonder if Karin is still attending classes at RSN? Do give her my regards if so. Needless to say I spend much time in the garden which is looking quite beautiful now and I do not miss the frenetic pace of life in South East. I have always been a member of the Embroiderers' Guild and our local branch has such luminaries as Eirion Short and Audrey Walker(such lovely ladies) and so I continue to learn a great deal. However, I will bore you no longer but I should like you to reserve me a copy of your book when it is finally ready.Such a delight to see you becoming so famous. Grandchidren arriving soon--so lots of days playing cricket on the beach.Let's hope I can score more than 4 runs this time!! With all good wishes, Lynne Davies.
